Terms Of Use
These Terms explain how you can use DevCodeCourse, what you can expect from the Service,
and the rules that keep access fair for everyone. DevCodeCourse is a digital-only learning product
(online video courses with supporting materials).
Digital access, not a physical product
DevCodeCourse sells access to digital course materials. There is no physical shipping and no physical goods.
1) Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DevCodeCourse website and any related pages, services, and digital course materials provided under the DevCodeCourse domain (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing the Service, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any course content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2) What DevCodeCourse provides
DevCodeCourse provides digital educational content focused on Python programming, delivered primarily through online video lessons, downloadable code examples, exercises, and related learning assets.
The Service is designed for skill-building and practical learning. It does not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, certifications, or business results. Your results depend on your effort, prior knowledge, and practice.
We may add, update, reorganize, or retire parts of the content over time. We do this to keep material relevant, correct, and aligned with the course path.
3) Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or purchasing access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the experience of other learners or the security of the platform.
If we believe an account is being misused (for example, shared at scale, automated scraping, or suspicious access patterns), we may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service.
4) Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
DevCodeCourse may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pricing, features, and plan details are shown at checkout and may change over time.
Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring your payment method remains valid.
If a payment fails, access may be interrupted until payment is successfully processed. For billing questions, contact info@devcodecourse.com.
5) Refund policy relationship
Refund eligibility and procedures are described in the Refund Policy page. The Refund Policy is part of the legal framework of the Service and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Where these Terms and the Refund Policy address the same topic, the more specific policy for that topic generally controls.
We may require basic purchase verification and account identification to process any refund request.
6) License to use the content
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription (if applicable), DevCodeCourse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal learning.
This license does not grant you ownership of the content. It allows you to view lessons, download provided assets where allowed, and apply ideas in your own projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish course videos, transcripts, exercises, or code packs as a competing product or as publicly accessible training content.
7) Code examples and permitted use
We provide code examples to support learning. Unless a specific asset states otherwise, you may use code snippets in your own personal or commercial projects.
You may not claim DevCodeCourse code as a standalone product, sell the code as a template pack, or publish it in a way that substitutes for the course itself.
You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before using it in a production environment. Educational code may omit edge cases, security hardening, or performance tuning.
8) Prohibited activities
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, or harvest course content at scale; (b) share accounts broadly or sell access; (c) bypass paywalls or access controls; (d) interfere with platform performance; (e) attempt to reverse engineer private systems; or (f) upload malware or abusive content.
We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent abuse. If your usage looks automated or harmful, we may limit or block access.
Violations may lead to account termination. Depending on severity, we may also pursue legal remedies to protect the Service.
9) User content and messages
If you submit messages, feedback, or questions through the Service, you grant us permission to use that information to operate and improve the course.
We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information. If you choose to include such information in a message, you do so at your own discretion.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
10) Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
We may modify features, redesign parts of the platform, or adjust course structure. When changes materially affect access, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate them.
We may also discontinue parts of the Service. If we discontinue a paid plan without a comparable replacement, we will make reasonable efforts to provide fair options.
