Refund Policy

We want the course to feel like a confident purchase. This policy explains
when refunds apply and how to request one for digital access.

Refunds are about fit.

If the learning style isn’t right for you, we’d rather resolve it cleanly than create a bad experience.

1) Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for DevCodeCourse subscriptions and digital course access on the DevCodeCourse domain.

DevCodeCourse is a digital-only product. There is no physical shipment and no physical goods. Refunds apply to digital access and charges.

If you want to request a refund, email info@devcodecourse.com from the email used at purchase.

2) 30-day refund window

We offer a 30-day refund window for first-time purchases in many cases. The window begins on the date your payment is successfully processed.

The goal is simple: you should have enough time to evaluate the course structure, content style, and whether it fits your learning workflow.

If you are unsure whether your case qualifies, contact us and we will review it fairly.

3) How to request a refund

Send an email to info@devcodecourse.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.

Include: the email used for purchase, the plan (monthly or yearly), the approximate purchase date, and a short explanation. You do not need to write an essay.

We may ask for basic verification to prevent fraud and protect legitimate customers.

4) What happens after approval

If approved, we will initiate the refund through the original payment method, where possible.

Once a refund is initiated, the timeline depends on your payment provider and bank. We do not control their processing speed.

After a refund, your access to paid content may be revoked, since the purchase is reversed.

5) Subscription cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges.

If you cancel during an active billing period, you may continue to have access until the period ends, depending on the plan and checkout configuration.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate.

6) Refund limits and abuse prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that show clear signs of abuse (for example, repeated refund behavior, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to extract content for redistribution).

We keep the course fair for legitimate learners. That means protecting the platform from mass sharing, scraping, and other behavior that harms the Service.

If we deny a refund, we will provide a reason when appropriate.

7) Partial refunds and special cases

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or alternative resolutions such as credit, plan changes, or extended access when that is more reasonable.

Special cases can include major technical access issues that we cannot resolve in a reasonable time.

We evaluate these situations individually, aiming for a fair outcome.

8) Taxes and fees

If taxes, processing fees, or currency conversion fees apply, the refunded amount may differ from the amount that appears on your statement.

Some payment providers keep certain fees even when refunds occur. Where required, we will refund what we are able to refund.

For questions about a discrepancy, contact info@devcodecourse.com with your purchase details.

9) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, payment providers may lock or restrict the transaction while they investigate.

We encourage you to contact us first. Many issues can be resolved faster and more fairly through direct support.

Chargebacks may result in immediate loss of access while the claim is evaluated.

10) Contact

For refund questions, contact info@devcodecourse.com.

Please include the email used at purchase and any relevant transaction identifiers you have.

We respond as quickly as possible, typically within a reasonable support window.
